**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and turn inquiries into sales.
- Provide product information and educate customers on the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service (experience in home services or construction industry is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and remote sales platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for success.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (required)
