Description: The Client Care/Administrator will be part of the busy real estate team and will be maintaining client files, contact details, keeping clients database up to dates well as managing incoming public and Realtor inquiries. In addition, The Client Care/ Administrator is responsible for providing client support behind the scenes and as well as face to face.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing office
- Comprehensive client care services (keeping in touch with current clientele base daily and responding to clients needs)
- Corresponding with our conveyancer, responding to new leads.
- Answering phones, organizing courier exchanges and key drop off and pick up
- Photocopy/data entry, document preparation
- Greet walk ins
- Light house keeping
- Plus additional task as needed.
- Positive attitude, professional, able to multitask and have excellent computer skills.
- Comfortable with face to face interactions.
- Familiar with the day-to-day operations of a standard office environment and is well versed
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be self-directed and able to complete works and projects with limited supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and familiar with general office filing.
- Knowledge with using Real Estate tools, such as Touch Base, Paragon, Webform is a BONUS.
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: One location
