Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- all aspects of daily accounting, using Sage 50 Accounting Program
- answer Telephone
- banking
- use Excel Spreadsheets and Word to type Quotations.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for President
- Normal Daily Office responsibilities
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Adept with general computer use
- live within 1/2 hour of Pembroke, ON Canada
- knowledge of Construction Industry Bookkeeping practices an Asset (ie Stat Decs, Holdbacks, CCDC 11)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
