Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Administrative Assistant I is responsible for clerical/secretarial work for the Human Resources Department with a focus on medical and personnel file management as well as a variety of other daily secretarial duties.
- **Qualifications**_**:

- High school graduate plus post-secondary education in secretarial studies (Business or Office Administration) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of initiative and independence, confidentiality, judgement and ability to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: $24.06-$27.09 per hour
