Do you have Prior Experience working at a Real Estate firm as a Office support ?
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Prepare New Listing, Updating Paperwork, Adding new prospects to our data base.**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and courtesy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
