**BLS International Surrey office is looking for Full Time Customer Service Representative.**
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in government to citizen services. In a nutshell, this is a front office Customer Service and data entry position with high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Positions available**: Full Time (40 hours/week, paid bi-weekly)
**Job Title: - **Operations Officer - Visa Application Services
**Office Hours**: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (Additional/less hours as per business needs)

**Type : Full Time**
- Customer Service - Assisting customer, facilitate, handling information, solve queries.
- Ensure payment mode - Handling cash, tally, debit & credit machine. Reconcile receipts.
- Re-submission & follow up - making related calls and ensure re-submission.
- Ensure Audit, Compliance and all process adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Back-end operations, scanning, compile report
- Perform and complete other administrative duties as assigned by your manager.
