**The Role**:
Looking for a high-energy, team-focused individual who is capable of supporting a diverse sales team in a fast
- paced environment. As an integral part of the company’s workforce, the Sales Administrative Assistant will be required to perform an array of administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams and support the sales force to help reach the team’s sales objectives.
- General reception and administrative duties
- Answering incoming phone calls from clients, vendors etc. in a professional manner and redirecting them appropriately
- Provide information to callers, and potential clients.
- File documents
- Generating, updating, and tracking status reports, as required
- Ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s database.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Ensure office equipment is in good order and stationery and office supplies are always available.
- Conduct research on potential customers
- Day-to-day management of the company's social media properties
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 50 w.p.m.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role is considered an asset.
