**Job Overview**

**Qualifications**:

- Office professional with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send documents to clients for signatures
- Track and follow-up on document signatures to ensure timely completion
- Assist with minor reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and relay messages accurately
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 weeks

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
