**Sales & Marketing Coordinator**

**Scope**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Working closely and liaising between internal and external clients on marketing, printing, product launches, promotions, sales, and/or other marketing-related requests; working with product development, graphics, sales, and business development on design, creation, layout, and finalization of marketing materials in print and online.
- Acting as the primary contact point for existing clients to process orders, invoices, credits, and update them on their order status.
- Working with existing and potential clients, promoting/selling a wide range of award-winning products (primarily over the phone).
- Maintaining knowledge and making recommendations regarding the best practices and opportunities to enhance and improve the company’s social media and online mediums.
- Creating sales reports, generating customer leads, and providing support to the sales account managers.
- Assisting in the planning and organizing of marketing events and trade shows.
- Coordinating with various members of the company, including external to execute product development plans and product launches.
- Optional Travel to meet with clients, conducting store visits, and attending trade shows/product launches outside of the office environment (including occasional out of country travel).
- Performing sales administrative tasks; order entry, invoicing, customer service.

**Required Skills**:

- High creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis with a strong understanding of math.
- Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and professionalism, specifically in editing and/or proofing documents
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while working both independently and collaboratively with other departments
- 1-2 years of project management experience

**Key Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of marketing or related experience, preferably in a retail and/or marketing environment (required).
- University or College degree/diploma in Marketing, a related field, or an equivalent experience in the industry (required).
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Experience using a CRM program is an asset.
- Experience using SAP software is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
