**Role Description**:
As the Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and executing sales and marketing activities to promote our products and services. You will play a vital role in developing digital content, implementing effective Ads campaigns, managing social media platforms, and performing market research. Additionally, you will be actively involved in sales activities such as answering incoming sales inquiries, identifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with vendors and customers.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- **SEO and Google Ads**: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility. Coordinate and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads.
- **Wix Management**: Maintain and update the company website on the Wix platform, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligns with marketing strategies.
- **Website Performance**: Analyze web content to improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.
- **Inside Sales**: Answer incoming sales inquiries and provide support to the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Customer Service**: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- **Market Research**_**:_Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product promotion initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Web Development, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and diploma. Any education in the Electrical field is a strong asset.
- Three+ years of experience in marketing and inside sales.
- Proficient in Wix, MailChimp, SEO, Google Ads. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English required; proficiency in French or Spanish is a bonus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs if needed.
- A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
