We provide B2B Lead Generation and Sales services such as appointment setting and sales outsourcing. We manage the global operations from Toronto, with a presence in New York and Paris.

**About the Marketing Coordinator position**

We seek a junior part-time marketing coordinator with B2B (preferably IT/SaaS) experience.

Currently, we require assistance with the following types of tasks:

- Support the Marketing lead and his team in optimizing tools processes - automated workflow, reports & data import.
- Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements.
- Maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, access settings, sharing rules etc.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability.
- Research and build multiple targeted contact lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona.
- Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts by sales territory.
- Identify substandard entries and work with users to rectify them, striving to improve the process continually.
- Lead / Assist with user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs.
- Drive and increase user adoption and ensure user satisfaction, including developing, documenting, and delivering training.
- Contribute technical expertise to business projects and create solutions to meet challenges (including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements).
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
- Manage special marketing projects as assigned.
- Be able to onboard the clients on the tech stack of Purple Sales’ choice.

**Required Skills (Must Have)**:

- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
- Experience with HubSpot is highly recommended.
- Understanding of sales processes and working within a sales environment
- Ability to create an automated workflow to increase the team's efficiency.
- Having knowledge and experience in integrating and connecting the CRM (HubSpot) with other tools through API, Zapier or natively.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated data analytics ability to interpret results for establishing decisions.
- HubSpot Sales Hub Certificate a plus
- HubSpot Marketing Hub Certificate a plus
- Self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner, eager to learn new things.
- Able to suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Self-directed, autonomous.
- Reliable, deadline-driven.
- Professional & courteous
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Well-organized, accurate.
- Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal skills.
- French is a plus.
- Result presentation and statistical analysis and abilities.
- An excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes.
