**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in Clearview system.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Facilitate training development initiatives by coordinating schedules and resources for training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to owner and office manager, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in employee relations activities by addressing inquiries and providing support on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience in talent acquisition processes and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
