B&B Contracting possesses a strong reputation in the civil construction industry and is now seeking a **Health & Safety Administrative Assistant**.

The role of the Health & Safety Administrative Assistant is to assist and support the Health & Safety Manager and Advisors in managing the corporate Health & Safety program.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain filing and reporting systems for the Health & Safety Department.
- Record detailed meeting minutes for Health & Safety meetings.
- Generate and maintain safety reports and statistical data.
- Respond to requests for information.
- Schedule safety training for employees.
- Assist with field support when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 1+ year(s) as an Administrative Assistant, or similar.
- Training in Construction Health & Safety an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Effective organizational skills.
