As we expand our footprint into the United States market, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our group's presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands, retailers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions for the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the U.S. food/beverage market and consumer trends is a plus.
