Business Development Executive

Biba Canada is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
