Assistant Customer Service Manager

Overview:
As part of the Deadmonton Management Team, the Assistant Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading the customer service team of approx. 30 people. The ACS Manager will help in the hiring process, training and scheduling of customer service personnel and ensure that the staff have the support, tools and skills to perform their duties productively and effectively. Manage the needs of customers and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and facilitating the customers’ experience.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer service experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer and employee interactions

- Adaptable in a changing environment
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
