Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Agent to join our team at Alta Appliance Service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services and products.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, and quick learner.
As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
