About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alta Appliance Service. As an Order Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on our services and products.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including arranging for billing and issuing receipts.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Client Communication: Act as a spokesperson for Alta Appliance Service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and answering client inquiries.
