Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Alberta Transmission Service. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing information.
- Manage the switchboard and telephone system, ensuring efficient communication with clients and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and confirming details.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
