The People Partner is a champion of Prodigy’s culture and values. You will partner with our business leaders to help them build their specializations/departments and make sure all people-decisions are informed by HR best practices. You will be a trusted partner with business leadership and serve as an advisor on people issues that are supported by effective measurement, evaluation and consultation. As a People Partner, you'll ensure our employees experience the best that People Operations at Prodigy has to offer.

**Your Impact**:

- Partner with business leadership and serve as a trusted advisor on people issues, supported by effective measurement and evaluation.
- Coach and train managers to help them to be effective leaders for their employees, provide ideas and opportunities, thus acting as a catalyst for change.
- Motivate employees and drive the business forward by owning or supporting HR cyclical programs such as performance excellence, compensation planning, learning and development and employee engagement, creating custom solutions where appropriate.
- Identify an opportunity or root cause of a problem, provide a hypothesis, design a plan to test the hypothesis, and execute that plan in a way that considers HR best practices, change management and Prodigy’s business strategy.
- Provide support and proactive recommendations to improve and/or change company policies and procedures to ensure Values alignment and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct investigations, recommend and facilitate the best outcome and resolution for the organization.
- Support and/or lead team projects from planning to execution to the retrospective; ensuring that lessons learned are captured.
- Proactively gather feedback on the general satisfaction of employees with the programs that we offer and provides recommendations that influence changes and align with the HR or business strategy

**About You**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist experience with your primary function supporting a client group
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Proven experience conducting workplace investigations
- Passion for results; participate or lead in delivering full-cycle projects (start to finish) in an efficient and timely manner
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent in human resources
- Strong Business acumen

**Bonus Points**:

- Tech Industry experience preferred
- Having your CHRP is a plus
- Experience in Organizational Development & Training & Development would also be great
