People and Culture Business Partner, Cover-more

**So, what’s the job?**
- You’ll partner with the business across Canada, building and maintaining positive relationship with your key stakeholders
- You’ll provide coaching and support for leaders of key employee matters including disciplinary issues, selection, employee development, retention, benefits offerings, compensation philosophy, re-structuring and organizational development needs
- You’ll assist business unit leaders to identify and assess the skills of emerging leaders
- You’ll analyze key themes from engagement surveys and other data sources in order to support the business driving improvement in the workplace environment.
- You’ll drive the implementation of activities around improving engagement and culture
- You’ll monitor and ensure company and departmental compliance with instituted processes and regulatory obligations
- You’ll support key recruitment activity within client groups to ensure appropriate talent in the organization.
- You’ll implement the People and Culture strategy in support of global initiatives to build and maintain positive relationships with the local leadership team and other key stakeholders
- Qualifications**And what are we looking for?**
- You’ll bring 5 years’ business partnering experience within a high growth environment
- You’ll be confident in your ability to coach leaders and managers on HR matters from people issues to personal development
- You’ll have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- You’ll have broad experience in managing a range of employee relations activities
- You’ll ideally have experience partnering with global teams
