Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, and direct the call to the appropriate department/individual or take messages.
- Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold.
- File away invoices and work orders.
- Process customer payments and process paperwork by balancing cash and credit card payments.
- Assist with other administrative/accounting tasks.
- Vehicle licensing.
- Vehicle invoice entry.
- Ensure that showroom and guest areas are clean (general housekeeping)
Requirements for this position include;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Team player
- Having auto technical knowledge an asset, but not necessary
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel,Word)
- Experience with computer program Reynolds & Reynolds(ERA) an asset, but not necessary.
**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
