**Job description**

We are currently seeking a **Key Administrator** for our Pearson Airport location. The Key Administrator is responsible for supporting Valet Attendant in the accurate, efficient, and speedy retrieval and return of vehicles.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Receive keys and tickets for all valeted and car care vehicles ensuring that all information has been accurately documented and entered in the system
- Record and track information for all incoming and outgoing valet and car care vehicles
- Keep office and valet keys in a neat and organized manner
- Quickly and accurately retrieve keys for all exiting vehicles and organize relocations
- Communicate required information to Valet Attendants in person and through radio
- Answer all incoming customer and client phone calls, providing information as required
- Complete and update necessary reports
- Assist in the relocation of valet vehicles during peak periods or as needed

**What Are the Working Conditions?**
- Operation runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, Work in a small office space, often independently

**What Are We Looking For?**
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Cautious and courteous driver with a valid G license and clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to clearly and accurately communication both written and verbally
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
