Office - Operations Coordinator

Vista Security is a leading security company in the Toronto area. We are hiring a Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you're hard-working and dedicated individual, Vista Security is an excellent place to work We are looking for someone from Monday to Friday 12p-8p.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating cross channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
- Ensuring all departments are running smoothly.
- Assist with the manangement of daily operational activities.
- Helping admin staff with tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings etc.
- Identify and resolving any problems in the process of managing guards.
Qualifications:
- College or University degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L5N 6S2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
