**Position Summary**:
As an active member of an interdisciplinary team your responsibilities include:
- Patient/family and team-centred clerical support- Support for patient registration, order entry, documentation, billing and communication related to patient admission, care processes, post-discharge follow-up and community/allied health referrals- Assist with staffing requests, payroll, and other related tasks as assigned- Participate in planning, continuous quality improvement and evaluation- Other related duties as assigned
**Key Qualifications**:
- Completion of a clerical/secretarial program or equivalent education- Medical Terminology is a requirement- Experience preferably in a health care environment- Proficiency in computer and keyboarding skills is required- Where these factors are relatively equal seniority shall govern providing the successful applicant._- In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code Trillium Health Partners will provide accommodations throughout the recruitment and selection process to applicants with disabilities.
