Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Office Management**: Manage day-to-day administrative functions including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- **Customer Service**: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- **Filing and Record Keeping**: ensure that records are organized and easily accessible.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects, research, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the handling basic maintenance issues or liaising with management.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Personality**: A proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach to work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
**Work Environment**:
- This role will primarily be performed in an office setting. Occasional travel or overtime may be required depending on business needs.

Pay: $12.00-$16.00 per hour
