**DESCRIPTION**

Ace is looking for an organized, professional problem solver to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be required to complete data entry, program maintenance, assist in event planning, and other administrative tasks that are identified.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY**
- Manage and maintain an accurate list of all participants within those programs;
- Answer phones quickly and with professionalism;
- Reach out and collect all forms, waivers and follow up on payments for programs;
- Warmly greet customers when required;
- Order clothing and equipment where required;
- Occasionally take payments for all activities using Square;
- Update the Coaching contact list;
- Manage the Ace Club athlete database to ensure up-to-date and accurate information;
- Update and assist in the development of all Social Media platforms along with the Ace website;
- Develop new forms and tracking sheets where gap is identified;
- Register athletes within the provincial registration program (once a year only);
- Facilitate and implement mini-aces programming in new areas within Alberta (possible bonus attached).

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

2 years of Administration experience;
Experience in QuickBooks and Wix is required;
Experience within a sports club is required.

Excellent interpersonal communication;
Ability to effectively multitask;
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic computer systems;
Time management and organization;
Innovator;
Detail oriented.

**ADDITIONAL NOTES**

This position is exciting and evolving. An evaluation at 3 months of employment will determine if additional

Responsibilities can be managed and grown. Subjected to a 6-month probationary period.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
