Marketing + Events Coordinator

To support our growth, we are seeking a bright and meticulous professional to join our marketing team. The individual in this role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing team for Pavilion Cowork and Alabaster Homes as an integral member of our team at our Vancouver office. Core responsibilities will include:
- Event Coordination and planning
- Event direction and branding
- Quoting and budgeting
- Planning, execution, and day of coordination
- Schedule management
- Coordination of vendors and partner relationships
- Lead for planning all corporate internal and external events
- Marketing and Sales Support
- Assist marketing team on all marketing functions including but not limited to:
▪ Project management
▪ Market analytics, research, and reporting
▪ Administration
▪ CRM and software management, updates and tracking
- Assist marketing team on all asset creation and execution, including and not limited to:
▪ Project brand development
▪ Photography and videography direction and styling
▪ Signage development and execution
▪ Website management
▪ Copywriting
▪ Print material coordination and management: brochures, handouts, mailers, stationary, etc.
- Social Media Management
- Content schedule management
- Content creation
- Social media analytics, research, analysis, and reporting
- Channel management and engagement
- Ad agency coordination, budget management. and scheduling
- Ad management: boosted posts
- Relationship management with vendors, partners and content creators

In addition to these qualities, you possess:
- A post-secondary education in Marketing, Social Media, Events, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years previous experience in marketing, event planning, social media
- Knowledge of office, coworking space or real estate is a bonus
- Clear effective communication skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- A calm problem solver who excels in time management, multi-tasking and prioritization
