We are seeking a talented Corporate Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on all corporate events across North America.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

This position will involve travel within North America to attend and support trade show events, with some evening and weekend work required.

The salary range for this role is $22-$25 CAD hourly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay Curious: Creating engaging presence at trade shows, driving business forward by generating leads
  • Make Things Happen: Owning shipment of company assets, setting up and tearing down event displays, managing relationships with third-party vendors
  • Work Together: Supporting on-site teams, facilitating due dates and requirements for event sponsorship deliverables
  • Have Fun: Representing Corpay at events, connecting with internal stakeholders, and supporting marketing team functions
  • Community and Social Engagement: Managing social media events announcements, speaker presentations, and post-show wrap-up

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Desire to gain event marketing experience
