**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:
This purpose of this role is to create and manage digital marketing campaigns and communication strategies to promote a Rock Solid’s branded products and services. Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Coordinating the design and distribution of promotional materials across online and offline channels.
- Engaging in social media management and networking during marketing events.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing dealers/customers.
- Collaborating with sales representatives and marketing team members to understand products and communication strategies.
- Drafting and proposing communication campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Evaluating the success of campaigns and making recommendations for improvements.
- Engaging in content creation, multimedia design, marketing strategy, and public relations activities.
- Marketing administration and support as needed.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to Lead Without Authority: Leveraging interpersonal skills, communication, influence, and collaboration to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey impactful messages and build relationships.
- Results-focused, high follow-through.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented. Able to multi-task and keep track of communications and commitments.
- Strong execution skills, able to work within a fast-paced environment, ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Basic Design Skills: Understanding of design principles for creating visually appealing digital content
- Content Creation: Developing engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and leveraging social media platforms for marketing purpose.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. Including Google Analytics reporting platform.
- CRM: Knowledge of customer relationship management systems to effectively manage customer interactions and data.
- The ability to be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and is motivated by team success.
- Strong Project Management skills and familiarity with PM tools
