About the job Business Development Executive, PR and Communications
If you have experience in PR and corporate communications campaigns, have worked in business development or sales, and can communicate strategy in an impactful way, then we might have your next great job role. Were looking for a Business Development Representative who will focus on cultivating and nurturing client leads related to our earned media agency practice.

Second, we work a little differently. In 36 marketing disciplines across 6 functional groups, we're redefining what a full-service marketing agency can be. Our business development group focuses on leads and opportunities generated from our six core business units, including influencer marketing.

**Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)**
- Previous experience performing PR or communications work.
- Previous experiences in business development or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, in writing and in person.
**Duties**:
- Respond to inbound leads related to PR agency services and qualify their revenue potential.
- Generate relationships with in-house PR and Communications leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Sell creative PR concepts that align with prospects PR and communications goals.
- Prepare and lead pitches to PR Leads and Marketing Directors of major brands.
- Upselling additional agency services and maximizing revenue from each prospect.
- Forecasting and working to monthly new business revenue targets.
- Accurately report and document daily and weekly progress on CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts and scopes of work, including contract negotiation and closing agreements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to activate outbound campaigns.
