**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Create, plan & execute outbound call campaigns, from initial touchpoint to sales-qualified lead conversions
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to increase the opportunity pipeline and receive coaching
- Offer a first great first impression of The Bullpen solutions to our prospects and customers and conduct them to the next sales stage
- Achieve monthly meeting quotas of sourced qualified opportunities

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of BDR / Sales, Corporate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Aspiration to develop your career in technology sales
- Experience with the latest technologies and best practices in inbound/outbound sales tools like Pipedrive, Google Suite, Zoom, ZoomInfo and Slack
- Prior inside sales experience, selling technology solutions is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment

**Compensation**
- $55K-$70K Annual Base
- $15-$30K Commission (On Top)
- $70K-$100K Total OTE

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
