You’ll play a key role in managing our locations in Orillia, Keswick, Newmarket, and Aurora, helping elevate our company’s exceptional client service, foster our innovative culture, and support our continued growth.

**Position Overview**

As a Regional Manager, you will be the driving force behind our team’s success. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead store managers, associates, and maintenance staff across multiple locations to deliver top-tier service, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspire Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.
- Client-Centric Service: Elevate client satisfaction by ensuring a sales-focused and service-oriented approach across all locations, responding promptly to client needs and inquiries.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and operational standards to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and act on market opportunities to drive growth and achieve success at every store.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, operational protocols, and company policies.
- Delinquency Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquency rates and boost client retention.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, executives, and clients, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels.
- Dynamic Problem-Solving: Swiftly address any challenges that arise, adapting quickly to new situations and providing decisive support for your teams.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
