**Office Administration Position in Vaughan**

**Position: Office Administrator**
**Location: Vaughan, Ontario** **Type: Full-time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Utilize computer and office programs efficiently to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Monitor office expenses and assist in budgeting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Proficient in using various computer and office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Highly detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy and precision.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner and adaptable to changing work environments.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
