**Office Administrator**

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Ensure efficient phone systems operation and handle incoming calls.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with training and development of office staff.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency.
- Monitor rental income, property expenses, and utility payments.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for each property managed.
- Process invoices, rental payments, and other financial transactions promptly and accurately.
- Assist with tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease agreements.
- Handle tenant move-in and move-out procedures, including security deposit management.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Knowledge of property management laws and regulations is a plus.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person
