**Overview*

*Duties*
- Coordinate both hardware and software deliverables.
- Engaging customer liaison for the appropriate hardware requirements and for software requirements.
- Ensure proper lines of communication
- Installation of our company WMS software and related third party software onto clients’ servers.
- Work with client to setup computing environment to support our company systems
- Provide training to the customer on our systems
- Creation and maintenance of project time lines
- Document Management of all project documents (specs, sign-off, and approvals)
- Assist in testing and communication of bugs and product issues.
- Develop and manage a relationship with our Software Manager ensuring comprehension of the task and duties are met by the provided deadlines and delays are communicated ahead of time.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all internal departments
- Specifically working directly with client project managers and end users to ensure the understanding of the WMS capabilities and implementation plans

*Qualifications*
- Education: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
- Technical Skills: Experience with system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as P.LOG, PMP, or technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Must be customer focused and have the ability to work well with people.
- Must be able to handle fast paced, demanding, and constantly changing environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
