Job Title: Assistant Manager, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Construction to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders Inc. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
