Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful implementation of our organization's projects. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of projects, coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and partners, and providing administrative support to the project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate project activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective project implementation
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting on project activities
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
- Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely and effective project expenditures
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration of projects
- Provide technical support to project staff as needed
- Assist in the development of project reports and proposals

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with project team members to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and proposals
- Monitor and track project expenses and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
- Provide technical support to project staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, project management, business administration)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field (e.g. program coordination, project management)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) an asset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, project management, business administration)
- Experience working in an NGO or non-profit organization
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or other relevant field
- Fluency in multiple languages

Pay: $40,629.72-$71,377.02 per year
