Receptionist/administrator

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate, organize and follow up on service requests.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating patient records or inputting financial information
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and visitors
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes is preferred
