**Receptionist at Ambrosia Wellness & Beauty**

We are excited to announce an opening for a Receptionist role at our newly rebranded Ambrosia Wellness & Beauty, a subsidiary of the successful Greenlite Massage business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and check-in clients, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Use our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to schedule and confirm appointments
- Update and maintain client information, including their medical history and insurance details
- Verify client insurance coverage and handle necessary documentation
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to suitable team members
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Support administrative tasks like filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Work closely with our medical team to ensure a smooth client flow and efficient clinic operations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a medical office or a similar administrative role is desirable
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of office equipment, including phone systems and basic computer skills
- This employment opportunity is for a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive hourly wage between $15.00 and $18.00. Expect to work 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, and occasional weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
