We have an opportunity for a Full-Time **Receptionist/Sales Administrator** to join our group of dealers. We are looking for someone that is willing to go the extra mile, someone that isn’t afraid of a challenge. As a dealership **Receptionist/Sales Administrator**, you are the person responsible for being the customer’s first contact when they walk into the dealership. As such, you need to be professional, presentable, and pleasant as the majority of the role requires a high level of customer service. Previous dealership experience an asset.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting/meeting customers
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Inventory management
- Sales administration
- Cleaning of customer service lounge and coffee area
- Faxing, photocopying, and general filing
