Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Brighton Convention Centre is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to organize, coordinate, and execute various office tasks. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who would thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
**Tasks**:
- Greet clients and visitors
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and communicate amongst various colleagues
- General clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Must be fluent in **English **and **Tamil**
Preferred experience:
- Office Management
- Administrative/clerical
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
