As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support our team and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
