**Nature of the position**:
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead, the customer service agent will be a positive, hardworking individual.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Delivers the ultimate customer service experience to our retail partners
- Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests
- Product inventory
- Other office duties
**Requirements**:
- Career oriented individual
- 1-3 years experience working in a customer service environment (office experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with our retail partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English as you will be communicating with clients with English as their first language.
- Extremely comfortable speaking on the phone
- Professional E-mail communication experience
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in a team environment
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Effective time management
- Positive attitude
- Strong computer knowledge ie. Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

**Nature du poste**:
Relevant directement du chef d’équipe du service à la clientèle, l’agent du service à la clientèle sera une personne positive et travailleuse.
**Tâches**:
- Offre l’expérience de service à la clientèle ultime à nos partenaires de vente au détail
- Répond et résout les problèmes escaladés et / ou les demandes uniques ou complexes
- Inventaire des produits
- Autres fonctions de bureau
**Qualifications**:
- Individu axé sur la carrière
- 1-3 ans d’expérience de travail dans un environnement de service à la clientèle (expérience de bureau préférée)
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec la capacité d’établir des relations professionnelles avec nos partenaires de vente au détail
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais car vous communiquerez avec les clients avec l’anglais comme langue maternelle.
- Extrêmement à l’aise de parler au téléphone
