**Expérience**.
- Une expérience antérieure dans un rôle de service à la clientèle est préférable mais pas obligatoire.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et des langues françaises est un plus.
- Solides compétences en communication avec la capacité d'articuler l'information de manière claire et concise.
- Excellente étiquette téléphonique et écoute active.
Capacité d'analyser les demandes des clients et de fournir des solutions appropriées.
- La connaissance des processus de saisie des données est bénéfique.

**Job Summary**

**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English and Frencg languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial.
