**L'opportunité**

Nous recherchons une personne proactive et soucieuse du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que représentant du service à la clientèle. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de divers aspects du traitement des commandes et du soutien des comptes. Vos tâches principales comprendront la saisie des commandes, l'émission de bordereaux de prélèvement et d'emballage, la facturation, l'envoi d'ASN, la génération et l'envoi de 810, la coordination avec nos entrepôts internes et 3PL pour une exécution sans faille des commandes, et le soutien au département du service à la clientèle selon les besoins.

**Responsabilités**
- **Traitement des commandes**:
Saisir avec précision les commandes des clients dans notre système et veiller à ce qu'elles soient traitées dans les délais.
Préparer et émettre des bordereaux de prélèvement et d'emballage pour faciliter les opérations en entrepôt.
- **Envoi des ASN et facturation**:
Envoyer les ASN par le biais du portail web une fois que la commande a été prélevée.
Générer des factures, envoyer des 810 et s'assurer de l'exactitude de la facturation pour les commandes terminées.
- **Coordination de l'entrepôt**:
Coordination étroite avec nos entrepôts internes et 3PL, y compris l'envoi de bordereaux d'expédition et la résolution de tout problème lié à la commande.
- **Autorisations de retour**:
Traiter quotidiennement les demandes d'autorisation de retour.
- **Soutien aux ventes**:
Soutenir l'assistant commercial dans des tâches spécifiques.
- **Soutien au service clientèle**:
Assister le service clientèle dans diverses tâches.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience dans le traitement des commandes, de préférence avec des commandes Costco.
- Familiarité avec les grands comptes et compréhension de leurs besoins spécifiques.
- Une expérience de l'utilisation de SPS Commerce ou de EDI Gateway est fortement souhaitée.
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de Netsuite ou d'un logiciel ERP similaire.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Excel, notamment en ce qui concerne l'utilisation de formules, le tri, le filtrage et l'organisation de grands ensembles de données.
- Un grand souci du détail et une capacité à maintenir la précision dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles pour une coordination efficace avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of order processing and account support. Your primary tasks will include order entry, issuing picking/packing slips, invoicing, sending ASNs, generating and sending 810s, coordinating with our in-house and 3PL warehouses for seamless order fulfillment, and providing support to the customer service department as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing**:
Accurately enter customer orders into our system and ensure timely processing.
Prepare and issue picking and packing slips to facilitate warehouse operations.
- **Sending ASNs and Invoicing**:
Send ASNs through web portal once the order is picked up
Generate invoices, send 810s, and ensure accuracy in billing for completed orders.
- **Warehouse Coordination**:
Coordinate closely with our in-house and 3PL warehouses, including sending packing slips and resolving any order-related issues.
- **Return Authorizations**:
Process daily return authorization requests.
- **Sales Support**:
Support Sales Assistant with specific tasks.
- **Customer Service Support**:
Assist the customer service department with various tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in processing orders, preferably including experience with Costco orders.
- Familiarity working with major accounts and understanding their specific requirements.
- Experience using SPS Commerce or EDI Gateway is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar ERP software.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, such as using formulas, sorting, filtering and organizing large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external

partners.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bilingual; fluent in French and English
