**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DRIVEN, HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **TO HELP FUEL THIS GROWTH**.

The individual role will be focusing on the following:

- Developing an outbound sales strategy to aggressively and proactively target new customers and market segments
- Conduct the full sales cycle from prospecting to after sales support. This involves building and fostering strategic relationships with both new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through project implementation. This includes collaborating closely with in house engineers
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Leveraging our internal CRM system to drive the most out of new and existing customers. Report relevant KPI’s

**Desired skills and experience**:
This position requires a select combination of skills to be highly effective, these include:

- Proactive & sales focused mindset and attitude - A demonstrated ability to sell is a must, with experience in technical sales an asset.
- A strong understanding of mechanical concepts - This person will be selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers. They will also need to interact with in house engineers. While an engineering degree is not a requirement, it would be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years work experience

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive total compensation - $120,000 - $200,000+
- Base Salary - $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
- Commission target of $25,000 to $125,000+
