GTel is looking for an** Administrative Associate - Payroll. **This position will report from our London office.

Position Summary:

- Day to day payroll administration using ADP WFN
- Responsible for processing full cycle payroll activities accurately and on time
- Enrolling new hires in ADP WFN and assisting with registrations
- Perform calculations for various payroll requests such as retroactive rate increases, late timesheet data.
- Timecard review and analysis
- Incentive program audit and calculate weekly incentive pay
- Update and maintaining employee payroll records
- Work with Finance for payroll expense reimbursements
- Track and deduction of clothing order purchases
- Referral bonus tracking and payouts

Position Requirements:

- College or University degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years previous experience in account/administration environment.
- Advanced skills using Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
