Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time.

**Duties**:

- Process payroll for all employees using ADP payroll system
- Calculate employee hours, wages, deductions, and other payroll-related information
- Review and verify accuracy of payroll data before processing
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Generate reports on payroll expenses, benefits, taxes, and deductions
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data in the HRIS system

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in using payroll software systems such as ADP
- Familiarity with accounting software for general ledger entries related to payroll (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies or errors
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees regarding payroll matters

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
