**What You'll Create and Do**

Join our ambitious team of sellers and business developers and unleash your expertise in this autonomous role. As a Sales Account Executive, you will not only bring partnerships to fruition but also play a vital role in evolving internal best practices across sales and the entire organization. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute significantly to our business's rapid growth and mentor others within the Sales group. Your primary focus will be generating revenue through sales of our municipal operations management software, MESH.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the full sales cycle with every client and partner, from prospecting through to implementation.
- Collaborate with business development partners to cultivate leads into viable opportunities.
- Drive net-new revenue against aggressive sales targets and close complex deals through effective negotiation skills.
- Interpret customer pain points and provide clear solutions leveraging our product offerings.
- Maintain exceptional CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and keep a full and accurate pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, championing the customer's voice to inform product evolution, ensure client success, and drive future growth.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings ranging from client discovery to software demonstrations, negotiations, and troubleshooting.
- Be a change leader, introducing new ways of working that positively impact deals closed, ARR, renewals, and account growth.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, presenting to leadership at all levels through presentations, demonstrations, calls, and more.
- Attend municipal conferences to develop client relations, stay informed on the public sector landscape, and enhance Go Evo's visibility in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree and at least 5+ years of work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience on a SaaS/Technology Sales team, with experience in GovTech being a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience selling to governments.
- Proven track record of successful complex deal closures and revenue generation.
- Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking progress against targets.
- Confident leadership presence and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong lead generation and outreach abilities.
- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to effectively present Go Evo's solutions.
- Proactive sense of initiative, a bias toward action, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
- Proficient in Google Suite and experience in designing compelling presentations.
- Ability to travel and hold a valid G-class driver's license.
